I hope to use this site to help Indian Trail citizens better understand the issues facing the town. I will strive to make this a valuable resource for the people whose tax dollars pay for everything we do in town government. I hope the information found here will help motivate our citizens to get involved in order to insure their local government is more accountable and is responsive to the needs and concerns of all the people.

I ran for office two years ago because I wanted to make a positive difference in the lives of the people of Indian Trail. Like any other resident and taxpayer, I expect my elected officials to provide quality public safety and other basic services, be good stewards of tax dollars, and above all, tell the truth.

As Mayor I'm expected to promote Town Council initiatives. However, when I believe your interests are not being well served, I have a right and obligation to speak out. If Town Hall can't handle an elected Mayor asking questions or questioning answers, it is an indication of a serious problem that needs to be addressed.

My commitment and devotion has and will continue to be to the people of our town. I promise to be your advocate, put your interests first, and stand against anything that is inconsistent with a citizen-oriented, fiscally-responsible government.
